Born on September 13, 1973, in Ogui Nike, Enugu North, he has dedicated his career to advancing policies that enhance the well-being of his community.
He began his education at Ogui Nike Primary School, Enugu, before attending Chukwu Memorial Secondary School, Amechi-Unah. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Enugu State University of Science & Technology (ESUT), equipping him with the knowledge and leadership skills essential for effective governance.
As a dedicated public servant, Hon. Ugwu Echezona Wilfred is driven by a commitment to good governance, transparency, and accountability. His leadership focuses on community development, youth and educational empowerment, and infrastructure enhancement.
