Dr. Chukwuemeka Aroh
Secretary, Enugu North Local Government Area.
Dr. Chukwuemeka Aroh is an accomplished scholar, communication expert, and political strategist currently serving as the Secretary of Enugu North Local Government ,with a Doctorate in Political Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Dr. Aroh brings over two decades of experience in leadership development, youth mobilization, public policy, and governance.
He hails from Uwani Community of Uboji village, Ngwo Clan.
He is the founder of Enkindle Group, a multi-dimensional leadership and development Organization, he has worked across Educational, Governmental, and Political sectors. His career spans roles as an Education Consultant, University Facilitator, courseware developer, and professional speaker. He has trained and mentored thousands of youths and professionals nationwide.
Politically, Dr. Aroh has served in various high-level campaigns and coordination roles.
He was national youth Leader Jonathan Mandate Group in 2014, Coordinator Dubem Onyia Youths for Atiku(DOYA), South East youth Leader Atiku/Obi 2019 and most recently Director-General Campaign and activities of the Peter Mbah Support Group (PMSG).
A prolific author and thinker, he has published extensively on governance, democracy, and youth development.
Dr. Aroh continues to champion impactful governance and community-based leadership, blending intellectual depth with grassroots engagement.
Married to Mrs Uche Aroh with four kids ( Kamsi, Kaeto, Victoria and Victor).
