Dr. Onoh reorganized the Neighborhood Watch into a Neighbourhood Watch and Community Services Unit, aligning it with state initiatives for broader community development. Patrol teams now operate with new vehicles, gadgets, and uniforms, while fully equipped control rooms across the 13 wards feed into a central command hub at the council secretariat.
